City Lights

City Lights is my first Nu Jazz project. I’ve tried many times in the past to produce jazz. Mostly Smooth Jazz, or what I like to call Jazzy Lounge, but this time I approached it differently: I tried to forget I was a guitar player and think more like an electronic producer, chasing the feeling and freedom of jazz from another angle.

The concept is simple: each track has a destination. I wanted every piece to capture the atmosphere, rhythm, and “flavour” of a city through sound, texture, and groove.
