We are using the most powerful privacy systems available , much safer than using your credit card in person, by mail, or by phone. Nobody ever sees your credit card info. It is charged, and immediately erased - never stored on our system at all.

When will my CD arrive?

All orders are send by fisrt class post.

For the US please allow 5 days for delivery
For Europe please allow 3 to 5 days
For the rest of the world please allow 7 days delivery

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?

Just let us know and we will send You another one immediately. Free of charge.

Questions on buying MP3

How do I download my mp3s?

You download your mp3s simply by clicking on the links sent to your given email directly after successful payment. Please make sure you give us a correct email address or the links will get lost. You will be asked for your email address on the Paypal section, after checking out.

How long are the links valid?

Each link is valid for 48 hours. Progressing downloads will not be interrupted, even when the link expires.

How do I receive the artwork?

You only receive the artwork if you buy the complete release. The artwork is instantly submitted as a link, too. It is a printable jpg file containing images to standard CD cases and label dimensions. All artwork is free.

How are the mp3 files encoded?

All files are encoded as very high-quality 192kbps mp3s, using the original master source to ensure maximum sound quality. That is as good as a CD!

Are the files protected by DRM?

No. You may use our music anywhere, anyhow! Digital rights management (DRM) was developed for the traditional music industry as a means of protection against the online spread of commercially-marketed material. We don't like DRM. It stops you from using downloaded files on various platforms, tracks your personal use of the file, and private copiing is limited. DRM kills music and minds.

How do I pay? Is it secure?

As for CDs, MP3 Payments are done exclusively through PayPal. It's free, fast and very secured. You do need a Paypal account to order.
All Major credit cards are accepted.

We don't collect credit-card details or any other information relating to your account. The only thing we do keep is your email address to enable us to send you your MP3 links. Email addresses are kept in a secure place and not handed over to third parties.
